Peru - Organic Mountain Water Process (MWP) DECAF

This coffee comes to us from multiple Organic Certified farms that collaborate and send their coffee to be decaffeinated as a single lot. This coffee is washed, dried and then sent to a decaffeination facility where it undergoes a Water washed decafination process. This process removes the caffeine without subjecting the coffee to any chemicals and allowing it to maintain its organic status. 

Roasted medium this coffee has flavors of Malt, Graham, pecan and a mellow acidity.
